Our Purpose 

We are Community Weavers, dedicated to cultivating a vibrant, interconnected arts and culture community that champions and spreads the seeds of ENLIVENMENT ways of being, thinking and doing, whereby we live in kinship and communion with our fellow Earthlings, in resonance with Earth as a living, breathing presence.

We believe in fostering creative collaborations and shared values that honor diversity, bioregional regeneration, and mutual support as we find a pathway through the debris of the collapsing extractivist world order of Modernity/Coloniality and the challenges of AI algorithmic harvesting of our minds.

As Community Weavers of an ENLIVENMENT WORLDVIEW, we aim to nurture practices that challenge normative extractivist thinking and build relationist, adaptive, resilient, reciprocal, and environmentally conscious cultural ecosystems through our network of artists, thinkers, social change activists and cultural workers,

Our new story of ENLIVENMENT focuses on regenerative systems-wide symbiotic relationships. We acknowledge the importance of community resilience in partnership with nature, and the need to reduce waste and negative environmental impacts in industrial production, agriculture, urbanisation, infrastructure and services. This story of ENLIVENMENT enables us to align with the relationist ethos of Australia’s cultural foundations in First Nations knowledge systems, encoded in the all-inclusive eco-spiritual framework of Caring for Country.
